These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PicFast media offload service ("Service"), operated by PicFast ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or installing the PicFast WordPress plugin, you agree to these Terms.
PicFast is a hosted service that retrieves images from your WordPress site, optimizes them, stores them on a CDN, and rewrites image URLs in WordPress so they are served from the CDN. To use the Service you must install the WordPress plugin and connect your site to a PicFast account.
You must provide an accurate email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
PicFast offers a free tier and paid plans. Free tier limits are described on the pricing page and in the plugin readme. If you exceed free tier limits, features will be throttled; we will not charge you without your consent. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You retain ownership of all images and media files you upload or that PicFast retrieves from your site. By using the Service you grant PicFast a limited license to store, process, and serve those files as necessary to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train models or for any purpose beyond operating the Service.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. The Service is provided as-is during the beta period. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at hello@picfast.app.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PICFAST'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PICFAST IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time from your account dashboard. On deletion, your data is queued for removal and fully purged within 30 days. We may terminate your account for material violation of these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
